I have been busy working on my piece for Art Prize - a relief panel measuring 4 feet by 16 feet of horses. My friend Ruben has been working on an Elephant sculpture that is 10 feet high by 8 feet wide and 11 feet long. We are calling our process "stone modeling," which has been a very interesting process.

A new approach
I've been trying out some new techniques in capturing the local scenery. This piece is titled Michi-gami a landscape of the northern Lake Michigan Landscape. It's similar to the "Up North" series. All of my new prints are currently listed on my online shop.

Recycled, Reused, Renewed!
I made this table with a particular client in mind, it is around 18
inches high, approximate 36 inches across at the widest run. I entered
it in the White River Gallery show, just to see what will happen. I have
more of the tree trunk left over, I thought I might start cutting on it
again today, or sometime this week. I would like to make some more
tables, or other things, it will depend on what the log will produce.

New projects in a New Year
"Mirror Pond"
"Morning Catch"
Added a Cardinal feather to the back forest- much like the Bluejay feather in the front acreage.
